Run into the feelings you want to run away from

Meghan is a wonderfully playful sage of wise things, who also happens to be an incredible yoga instructor as well. I found her on youtube – and fell in love with her style.

The biggest thing I’ve learned from her, is how important it is to run into things you want to run away from. There’s something incredibly satiating to push yourself and get uncomfortable – and then enjoy the ease when it’s done.

Take Action: Next time you’re feeling uncomfortable- try running into, not away from it. Maybe that means one more rep. Maybe it means saying hello when it feels hard.
